VISUAL VOICE REFLECTION JOURNAL
This journal includes responses to prompts, reflective exercises, mind maps, notes, and process shots from different projects completed throughout the semester.
I wanted this journal to reflect the messiness and unexpected nature of the creative process. I created a structure for the typography, but let the page color be totally randomized (fed a random assortment of colored paper through the printer and accepted whatever it spit out :) I included scans of handwritten personal notes and feedback, along with the small size of 6x8inches, to make the book feel more journal-like.
Example prompts: What purpose does design serve in society? Something happening in our present that I can't stop thinking about.
